KERALIT Hoof Strengthener is a highly effective product designed to strengthen hoof horn and significantly improve its durability.

It stabilizes the horn in the white line, bearing edge and sole, making it resistant to harmful bacteria and fungi. It also neutralizes horn-decomposing substances such as ammonia and hydrogen sulphide from stable environments.

With regular use:

• reduces hoof abrasion in barefoot horses
• increases hoof strength and stability
• improves shoe retention
• prevents nail holes from tearing

Suitable for barefoot and shod horses to achieve strong and resilient hoof horn.

Application:
Clean the hoof beforehand with a hard, dry brush. Apply to dry or slightly damp hooves.

• Barefoot horses: apply to the lower third of the hoof wall, bearing edge and white line. For sensitive horses, also apply to the sole.
• Shod horses: apply to the lower third of the hoof wall (especially over nail holes) and lightly under the shoe to protect the white line.

Frequency:

• acute cases: daily
• improvement phase: twice a week
• preventive care: once a week
