MultiVit treats also contain added Saccharomyces cerevisiae probiotics to support the gut microbiome and digestive health. They also contain a tasty herbal blend including peppermint, oregano, sage, garlic, parsley, marjoram and rosemary.

MultiVit treats are designed for horses, ponies and donkeys that receive predominantly forage, such as hay, haylage, straw, chaff, or pasture. They are intended to be fed as a replacement for a mineral supplement. (Please note that the product is designed for horses and donkeys at rest or in light work. Low in starch and sugar (sugar 2.7% and starch 4.4%), with no added sugar, making them suitable for all horses, ponies and donkeys, including those on restricted diets.

MultiVit treats are highly palatable, meaning horses, ponies and donkeys readily accept them directly from the hand. They are also easy to feed to animals living in a herd or those that do not receive daily bucket feeds. If required, MultiVit treats can also be added to a small amount of feed.

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:

Complementary feed for horses, ponies and donkeys to help meet vitamin and trace mineral requirements when fed a forage-only diet.

For horses weighing 500–600 kg: 3–4 treats per day (approximately 30 g).

For ponies weighing 300–400 kg: 2–3 treats per day.

For donkeys weighing 140–180 kg: 1–2 treats per day.

Do not exceed 50 g (approximately 10 treats) per day for any horse, pony or donkey.

May be fed by hand or with a small amount of chaff or other feed. Treats should be fed alongside sufficient forage to ensure a balanced diet. Ensure free access to clean, fresh water.
